This place was outstanding. Beautiful inside and out. The views from my room was perfect. The staff are friendly happy people. The man who works night on reception is an amazing absolute Gent of a man. The cleaning staff and restaurant staff very nice people. Very clean. Massive room big bed. 10 min in a taxi from the centre. If you want class and a quiet place away from the city then this place is a must. Also 5 min away is the quad bikes and camels 🐪 We talked to reception and they sorted it all out.

I loved the space in the rooms and the view from my private terrace. The staff was always very kind and efficient, trying to solve all my problems. For example, I arrived earlier than the check-in time and my room was already ready. The room was clean and really silent, even if it was close to the common spaces.

Friendly and helpful staff - special thanks to Hana and İkram at the reception , Mr. Rachid and tariq at the restraunt - , design and ambiance of the hotel was reflecting the details of moroccan culture which i liked so much. The neighbourhood was calm and relaxing with nice lake view.

The staff were all amazing, and so helpful, in particular Hanaa & Tariq, but thanks to everyone who made our stay so great. Loved the Safe private parking. Great pool area & right on golf course with practice range as well as putting green.

We enjoyed our stay at Pavillon du Golf. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The gardens were truly exquisite. The view of the lake and the golf course allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the serene surroundings and experience complete relaxation. The rooms were clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, and we had the added pleasure of savoring it amidst the stunning lakeside scenery.

Family safe environment, Excellent hospitality and very good service from Manager ( Abdelilah), receptionists ( Mu & others) and waiter (Khadir). Worth visiting Agafay Desert with Quad Bike & Camels ride along with Dinner Show (which includes pickup & drop service) and also i would advise to pre-book visiting places (such as museums) in the city.

I'va had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The whole thing was just amazing. I was greeted with so much hospitality that I felt that I was at home. The staff were so detail-oriented and just perfect. I would like to thank the chef rachid for his great food and effort, Hanna and abdelilah , tarik ,mustapha and let's not forget khalti saidia for their great work. And i would definitely recommend staying at the hotel. 100% would be back again.

I specially enjoyed the warm welcome of the staff Abdelilah, the manager, Hanae and Nouhaila the receptionnist are always available to support for anything you might need to make your stay comfortable. I liked the venue which is located in a beautiful pal tree area. I like the quietness and the beauty of the suites. I like the typical garden. They are so caring that we received a present.

I liked the location , really beautiful rooms with the view on the Palmerai, very quiet if you want to rest. The staff was very nice , welcoming and helpful . Especially a uge thank you to this Man, Mustapha , that i was seing every morning, always here if i needed something , and the staff from the reception ( Abdelilah) as well who made my stay memorable

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff are very nice and friendly and tried their best to make sure our stay was comfortable. We loved how nicely the suites were decorated and the lake vue was amazing. We were able to get our breakfast in the room at no additional cost. Great value for the money. I highly recommend it.
